Clara Street Cabinetry is based in North Haledon, in Passaic County. That local perspective supports a personal process for homeowners who want cabinetry shaped around their home rather than a standard catalog layout.

We design custom cabinetry for living rooms, kitchens, offices, mudrooms, bars, bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms. Each project is planned around the room’s dimensions, architecture, storage requirements, and visual character.

Better use of difficult space

Sloped ceilings, shallow walls, radiators, odd corners, and nonstandard openings are common challenges in established North Jersey homes. Custom design can work with those conditions, often turning overlooked areas into useful storage.

Built-ins that feel original

A media wall, library, desk, or bar should relate naturally to nearby trim, openings, and furniture. We develop proportions and details with the whole room in mind so the finished work feels settled and intentional.

Storage for everyday routines

Closet zones, vanity drawers, office files, pantry items, and electronics all have different needs. Interior planning is treated as part of the design—not something left until after the exterior has been decided.
